求助信尊敬的法官大人和个位陪审团。我的工伤案件已经一年三个月了。因为工伤大大的该变我整个家庭的正常生活。在工伤一年期间我无法工作每星期一：三：五：都要做物理治疗将近一年，一年期间保险每星期的生活费由400到200到150 最后只省下90美圆每星期。这种无法生活的经济条件下，迫使我在12月份申请工作，由与工伤的疼痛使我只能做些经和简单的工作。希望尊敬的法官大人和个位陪审团能够慎重考虑一下我的案件能否结案。使我能够得到因有的赔偿。
