well,there are two campus named buffalo. Buffalo, University at / University Center and Doctoral Degree Granting Institution Buffalo State College / University College U at buffalo is the better one. But i'm not sure about the "布法罗分院与布法罗分校". this might be the translation problem. ____________________________________________________________ 两个都有本科项目。 Buffalo State College 在 Master's U (North)的Tier 3。尽管排名不能说明太多问题，但是这个排名确实不怎么样。 University at buffalo是更好的，而且它很好进呀。------------------------------------------------------------US News & World Report做的美国大学排名。总的来说把美国的大学分了四类，目前大家公认的比较出名的也比较好的是National Universities和liberal arts colleges.前者代表学校是哈佛耶鲁，后者是威廉姆斯，阿姆海斯特。这两类是不相上下的。另外两类就是Master's Universities，Baccalaureate Universities.他们被分四类的标准是学士硕士博士分别授予的专业数目。所以我认为这两类也是不错的。但Buffalo State College排到Master's Universities北部的第三类(tier 3),这个就说明不怎么样了。因为在Master's U (North)这一类中，先是top schools(86个)，然后才是tier 3的学校，这还仅仅是北部的。。。转学的事情我不是很清楚，关键是你入学后的GPA,但说实话就算你GPA4.0从Buffalo State College也转不到很好的大学，可能最多在纽约州立的系统里转一转。以上为个人意见，仅供参考。你确定是Buffalo State College没有错？国内的很多中介做的都是University at buffalo。。
