援引澳洲移民局官网上的话：On18April2017,theHonMalcolmTurnbullMP,PrimeMinisterofAustraliaandtheHonPeterDuttonMP,MinisterforImmigrationandBorderProtectionjointlyannouncedthattheTemporaryWork(Skilled)visa(subclass457visa)willbeabolishedandreplacedwiththecompletelynewTemporarySkillShortage(TSS)visainMarch2018whichwillsupportbusinessesinaddressinggenuineskillshortages.也就是说，2017年的4月18日，457被宣布将被废止，而一个新的签证将会取代它在2018年3月。

继续援引澳洲移民局官网上的话：TheTSSvisaprogrammewillbecomprisedofaShort-TermstreamofuptotwoyearsandaMedium-TermstreamofuptofouryearsandwillsupportbusinessesinaddressinggenuineskillshortagesintheirworkforceandwillcontainanumberofsafeguardswhichprioritiseAustralianworkers.fouryearsafteritisgranted–ifyouroccupationislistedontheCombinedlistofeligibleskilledoccupationsorthisperiodisrequiredduetointernationaltradeobligations；twoyearsafteritisgranted–ifyouroccupationisnotlistedontheMLTSSL.如果被担保的职业在长期紧缺职业列表里，那么就是能拿到一个四年的临时工作签证，否则就是两年。以前的457转186/187已经不见了。
