Preschool Teacher Recommendation LetterDear School Administrator,It is with great pride that I recommend Meng Zhang as a Preschool Teacher at your facility. We had the pleasure of hiring Meng Zhang immediately after she had graduated from college and she fit right in with our organization. The children adored her and her lesson plans were always engaging and interesting to the students.Meng zhang’s primary goal was to get the parents of each student involved in their child’s education. She would send lesson plans home with the students and invite parents to sit in on classes. This was an innovative approach that we are still using to this very day. Meng Zhang was able to make strong connections with all of the parents of our students. On the days when other teachers had called in sick, Meng Zhang gladly picked up the mantle and taught several classes in one day. While it is not a task that anyone would want to do regularly, we knew that we were covered in the event that we were short-staffed. We knew that we could rely on Meng Zhang to help out in any way we needed. While we are sad to see Meng Zhang leave our organization, we do understand her need to move to a new state to follow her Father’s career. Despite her young age, Meng Zhang did a wonderful job of effectively communication with parents. She was able to competently address all concerns that were brought to her attention and help parents to feel more comfortable with their children’s preschool experience.
