一般来说美国前30左右大学都是需要SAT成绩的。但是你如果toefl成绩很好，110左右了，就可以尝试着申请20左右的。比如michigan什么的。但是PS一定要漂亮去美国一般toefl比较好。雅斯不那么popular.
