保罗·罗宾·克鲁格曼（英文：Paul Robin Krugman，1953年2月28日－），美国经济学家及纽约时报的专栏作家，普林斯顿大学经济系教授，是新凯恩斯主义经济学派代表，2008年诺贝尔经济学奖得主。
1953年出生美国纽约，约翰·F·肯尼迪高中毕业。1974年毕业于耶鲁大学，1977年于麻省理工学院取得博士学位，受到经济学家诺德豪斯的注意。毕业后先后于耶鲁大学、麻省理工及斯坦福大学任教。2000年起，成为普林斯顿大学经济系教授。于1982-83年间，曾任职总统经济顾问委员会成员。1988年，出版了《期望减少的年代》一书。研究领域包括国际贸易、国际金融、货币危机与汇率变化理论。1991年，获得克拉克奖章。1996年出版的《流行国际主义》准确预测亚洲金融危机而声名大噪，是著名的经济预言家。他支持奥巴马竞选美国总统，在他当选后发表文章，表达对非裔首次当选美国总统的激动和自豪。更重要的是，他敦促奥巴马切勿听信要他延缓政策变化的建议，分析了坚持选战中提出的激进改革议程的可能性和必须性。著作[编辑] 参与或合作撰写的书籍The Spatial Economy - Cities, Regions and International Trade (July 1999), 与藤田昌久（Masahisa Fujita）和安东尼·威纳伯（Anthony Venables）合作撰写.
