Do you know Ningbo? Such a peaceful and charming city near the sea. It ranks 7th most wealthy city in China even though it is a small city with crowded roads. Kind and smart businessmen have an innate ability for making money because of having business minds. Therefore, it is no doubt that our government deserve our admiration. However, public transportation is one of the key problems I need to indicate and it has to be improved. These stupid buses seriously pissed me off a lot of times. On the contrary, I appreciate the buses in the United Kingdom so much. I still remember the life there when I was an exchange student. In United Kingdom, every stop had a billboard for announcing when the next bus would come. In my city, there are so many traffic congestions, which cannot be the reason for the random delay of many buses. Suppose that I have an emergency, it can make me miss the bus and cause loss. For the reasons I talked about above, I recommend our government to imitate foreign countries to set electronic billboards for every bus stop in order to let people know the exact bus schedule and avoid being late. At the same time, it can help relieve the traffic pressure. Public transportation system plays an important role in citizens’ lives, so it is government should really concentrate on this issue and take the responsibility to create a better living environment.
