5.Residencecertificates for personal affairs, long-term visits to relatives,shall submit proof of family relationship, residence certificates ofthe visited person and other supporting materials as required; Thosewho enter China to handle personal affairs shall submit relevantcertification materials for residence in China due to personalaffairs. Foreigners who apply for residence permits valid for morethan one year shall submit health certificates in accordance withrelevant regulations. The health certificate is valid for 6 monthsfrom the date of issuance.

5.私人事务类居留证件，长期探亲的，应当按照要求提交亲属关系证明、被探望人的居留证件等证明材料；入境处理私人事务的，应当提交因处理私人事务需要在中国境内居留的相关证明材料。外国人申请有效期1年以上的居留证件的，应当按照规定提交健康证明。健康证明自开具之日起6个月内有效。
