精算（actuarial science），或称精算科学、精算学，是一门应用科学，简单的说就是依据经济学的基本原理，运用现代数学、统计学、金融学及法学等的各种科学有效的方法，对各种经济活动中未来的风险进行分析，评估和管理，是现代保险、金融、投资实现稳健经营的基础。
