众所周知，美国的高等教育质量享誉全球，是世界上最受欢迎的留学国家。所以很多学生除了直接申请留学之外，还会选择通过转学的方式来留学。下面何老师给大家分享
1、美国本科转学条件：申请截止时间
2、3月份。4-6月份也有少数学校在招生。春季入学的申请截止时间通常在9-11月份，集中在10月的比较多。
2、美国本科转学条件：GPA要求
GPA。GPA是衡量学生学业成绩一个非常重要的基本条件，在专业课程上取得优异的成绩，能够说明学生在专业学习上面的能力。针对于美国顶尖大学，对于转学生的GPA通常要求在3.8以上，也有一些学校直接要求最低不能低于3.75；TOP50的综合性大学中，学校也提出最低GPA不能低于3.5。GPA作为进入大学的敲门砖和硬性要求，考虑转学的童鞋们要好好稳住或者提高在校成绩。
3、美国本科转学条件：标化成绩要求
80分以上，TOP40的学校通常要求100分，有些学校对于各个分项也会有额外要求。和新生一样，大多数综合排名TOP50的学校，会要求申请者提交SAT1成绩。虽然SAT1不是每个学校转学的硬性要求，一些学校也会根据你已获得的学分豁免你的SAT1考试成绩，但是一些名校例如宾大、哥大、康奈尔等大学仍会规定学生必须提交SAT1/ACT成绩。关于SAT2的考试成绩，只有极个别学校要求提交，所以这个考试安排可以根据具体选校名单来规划。此外，加州系统的学校都是不要求SAT1和和SAT2，但是要特别注意，加州系统的大学是不接受中国体制内的大学转学生。
4、美国本科转学条件：学分要求
24个或以上的学分(相当于一年的学习)，就可以申请转学，例如弗吉尼亚大学、威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校，但也有少数院校要求学生修满60学分(读完大二)才可以转学，比如宾州州立大学。大部分院校在接受转学生时，最多只给转两年的学分，学生在择校时要多注意这一点。

GPA也是不一样的，商学院和工程学院的GPA要求会比文理学院的要求高。

(目前已修、正在修和入学前将要修的课程)做一个详细的课程说明，宝宝们一定要研究下你所申请的大学它的专业的相关课程，结合着它们的课程内容与介绍来写你的课程说明，有时候很好的课程说明是可以挽救很多学分的，这也说明课程描述在一定程度上决定了你可以转成功几门学分。
8、美国本科转学条件：文书材料
转学的稍长的文书基本要求写为什么选择转学，为什么认为原来的学校不适合你，为什么认为我们学校适合你，比较难的是要在回答上述问题的同时还要凸显出你的独特思维和个性，给学生自由发挥的空间较小。不过，附加文书学生倒是可以好好发挥。此外，PS部分，你的大学经历一定不能是空白的，如果可以突出自己的领导力和组织力的话，那会为你的申请加分。

普林斯顿大学Princeton University很遗憾，Princeton University不接受转学申请。
耶鲁大学Yale University要求SAT Reasoning Test或ACT（可用gre代替）T要求 100
哥伦比亚大学Columbia University很遗憾这个学校不接受大二学生的申请，If you have begun your secon year of stuy or beyon,you are no longer eligible to apply to Columbia as an unergrauate at all.
斯坦福大学Stanfor University要求SAT或者ACT，也要求托福（100）。对SAT和ACT的要求是这样的：We o not accept test substitutions. Applications without SAT or ACT with Combine English/Writing scores will not be consiere for amission except for stuents living in countries where these tests are not offere.
宾夕法尼亚大学University of Pennsylvania要求SAT或者ACT，也要求托福（100）。
加州理工学院California Institute of TechnologySAT不要求，T要求，不过有CIT自己的入学考试Transfer applicants are NOT require to submit SAT or ACT scores. International stuents must submit TOEFL scores.
麻省理工学院MIT需要SAT和托福成绩，托福最好上100，You have two options: you may take the tests require of native English speakers,or you may take the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) an two SAT II subject tests,one in math (Level 1 or Level 2) an one in science (Physics,Chemistry,or Biology E/M).
Dartmouth College需要托福成绩，有SAT成绩的话申请会更有优势，对于SAT，该校是这样说的：If you have not taken the require tests or if sitting for these exams woul be a harship,you may request a testing waiver by contacting Janet MacElman at Janet.L.MacElman@Dartmouth.EDU. Applications with a testing waiver will be reviewe for amission. However,most transfer applicants will submit the require testing. 最后一句是：大部分的转学申请者都提供所有的必要的材料。
杜克大学Duke University要求SAT或者ACT，需要托福成绩（100）
芝加哥大学The University of Chicago要求SAT成绩或者ACT成绩。University of Chicago requires an ACT or SAT Reasoning score from all transfer applicants.T 104或IELTS 7.0
西北大学Northwestern University要求SAT或者ACT成绩；和托福成绩（最好上100）
约翰霍普金斯大学Johns Hopkins UniversitySAT不要求：SAT Reasoning Test or ACT scores are optional. SAT Subject Tests are not require托福要求：Applicants taking the Internet-base TOEFL (iBT) shoul have minimum sub-scores of 26 (Reaing),26 (Listening),22 (Writing),an 25 (Speaking). 或者IELTS 7.0
圣路易斯华盛顿大学Washington University in St. Louis不要求SAT成绩，托福成绩最好在100
布朗大学 Brown University校方强烈建议提供SAT成绩：For freshman applicants,Brown normally expects to see either the SAT Reasoning Test (SAT I) an any two SAT Subject Tests (SAT II),or the complete ACT (with Writing).? For transfer stuents,we also prefer to see such scores.? However,since the college you are eneavoring to transfer from may not have require such examinations as part of their amission requirement,we will not retroactively place this as a requirement on you as a Brown transfer applicant? But please note that the SAT’s give us one tool (among others) of comparing applicants across a wie variety of seconary school preparation,an so we o encourage you to take one or the other,if you have not one so previously.
康奈尔大学Cornell University托福要求100.不要求SAT成绩：If you have previously taken the SAT or ACT,you shoul have an official score report sent to Cornell by the testing agency. It is not necessary to take the SAT or ACT if you have not previously one so.
莱斯大学Rice University要求SAT成绩，托福成绩要求100
Vanerbilt University需要SAT或者ACT成绩
University of Notre Dame该校没有明确说明是否强制需要SAT，但是有SAT成绩对对申请是有优势的，是考虑的一项：Amissibility is primarily gauge by a stuent’s acaemic recor. The Committee is looking for those stuents whose acaemic performance in high school an college is consistently strong. The College GPA of successful transfers is typically 3.7 or higher. Goo high school graes with soli SAT or ACT test results an high graes in college are usually positive inicators of one’s chances of being amitte.
埃默里大学Emory UnivertisySAT和T要求：Applicants must also submit scores on the SAT,given by the College Entrance Examination Boar,or on the ACT,aministere by the American College Testing Program.
乔治城大学Georgetown University需要SAT成绩：High school transcript,incluing SAT or ACT results
加州大学伯克利分校UC Berkeley需要提供SAT成绩
卡内基梅陇大学Carnegie Mellon University如果SAT之前没有考，现在可以不考，但最好还是有SAT成绩：If you have not previously complete the SAT Reasoning test,the ACT test with Writing,or the SAT Subject Tests an are applying for transfer to Carnegie Mellon,DO NOT complete those tests now.
南加州大学University of Southern Califonia最好有30学分，SAT没有说require，但最好能够提供：There is no minimum number of transfer units you must complete before applying for amission. However,if you have complete fewer than 30 units,we will focus primarily on your high school recor an results from the SAT or ACT.
UCLA没有SAT的要求
University of Virginia如果托福成绩够高，可以不用提供SAT：the SAT I or ACT is require,however,the toefl is also acceptable as a substitute for the SAT or ACT for non-native english speakers
Wake Forest UniversitySAT不是必要的：Submission of stanarize test scores (SAT or ACT) is optional.
Tufts UniversitySAT不是必要的：SAT Reasoning Test or ACT scores (SAT Subject Test scores are not require,but shoul be sent if available).
密西根大学安娜堡分校University of Michigan Ann ArborSAT不是必要的：If you i not take the ACT or SAT as a high school stuent,these scores will not be require as part of your transfer application to the University of Michigan an you shoul not sit for the exams as a college stuent.
The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill作为申请他们学校的大三入读的学生，不需要提供SAT：sophomore applicants are require to submit a SAT Reasoning Test an/or the ACT (incluing the writing section). Junior applicants may submit SAT or ACT scores if they wish,but are not require to o so.
