近些年，分批录取在英国大学中越来越常见，许多学校明确细分了不同阶段的申请开放时间，申请时间越往后，名额就越少。

以曼彻斯特大学为例，分轮受理一般分为四轮，不过各个学院的招生部门的轮次安排会不一样。

需要注意的是，每个批次的“上岸”名额是不一样的，绝大部分的offer都是在第一批发出。
