今天我要给大家介绍一个新兴专业 -tesol 专业，即 teaching english to speakers of other languages，也就是英语非母语教学。

通俗的说，你选了这个专业就得用英文给老外（母语不是英语的人）授课了！

tesol 是“ teaching english to speakers of other languages ” 的缩写，中文翻译是“对外英语教学”。作为证书课程来学习，tesol 证书课程内容已经被国际上 100 多个国家的 8000 多所学校认可。

申请有什么要求 ?

1 、这个专业申请来说相对比较容易。对相关专业背景一般没有特殊的要求，雅思成绩要求也相对比较低，一般 6.5 分 ﹙ 小分 6 分 ﹚ 就可以啦，而且学费相对便宜一些。
