She has been at the Johns Hopkins University,the leaing research university in the U.S. since 2005. She evelope an oversaw the innovative Global MBA program,provie leaership to Master of Science programs,Executive MBA,an international strategy initiatives of the Carey Business School.

prior to joining the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School,Dr. Carlson manage the international programs at The George Washington University. Her professional experience inclues international project evelopment an project management at Johns Hopkins Meicine International; the Hyunai Business Center,an extensive work in business evelopment with both nonprofit an for-profit organizations.
